I. Hot Stone Therapy Massage Is a combination process that uses various types and sizes of stones that are heated and then placed on the body in strategic points, or coated with oil or lotion and rubbed on the body.
90 minutes $125.00
II. 1 Hour Full Body Massage (Swedish or Therapeutic)
Takes 60 minutes of your busy day to pamper and rejuvenate yourself. Each massage will be customized to your specific needs. Swedish massage is generally for relaxation, increases circulation and helps decrease pain.

III. Prenatal 1 Hour Massage
Pregnancy massage is done side lying and generally for relaxation and stretching for low back pain, lymphatic drainage for edema on legs.

IV. Extended Therapeutic Massage
Enjoy 90 minutes of a full body massage, personalized to your specific needs. This more in-depth massage will energize and give you a sense of well-being.

V. 1/2 Hour Zone Massage
This massage will be concentrated on specific areas indicated by you. It is a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, and sports techniques.

VI. Sports Massage / Deep Tissue
Deep Tissue massage releases the chronic patters of tension in the body and dysfunction. Sports massage can be used to ready the muscles for strenuous activity or to assist the body in recovering from the after effects of such an activitiy. Trigger Point Therapy or Neuromuscular Therapy applies concentrated finger pressure to trigger points which are painful, irritated areas in muscles, to break the cycle of spasm and pain.60 Minutes $75

Couples Massage lasting 1 hour per person, customized for each persons specific needs and goals. Massages are in private rooms.
